The export module in Finfo One gives you access to all item data in Finfo in one place. You can search for and review items, export data in the format you need, and follow trends in the statistics.
What can you do in the module?
Create exports
You can build your own custom export by choosing which information to include, or use a standardised format. The Finfo format is available today, and more formats will be added.
You can view and export your own items, and you have access to all the services included in your subscription. If your setup includes items from other suppliers in your view, you can export those too.
Search and review items
Search for a single item or a selection of items and see all their information. You can copy individual values or an entire information box and paste them straight into Excel.
When you are viewing one of your own items, an edit button takes you directly to the item in the interface, where you can change the details.
Follow statistics
The module includes statistics and charts based on item data.
Item data is updated continuously. The full set of items is fetched once a day, and changes are fetched every hour.
