Requirements
To get started with Media, you need to:

be a Finfo customer

submit article data via our article service

have signed an agreement for the Media service
Choose how you want to work
There are two ways in, and they can be combined. Many suppliers use the import file for larger updates and then go into the interface to complete and check their information.
Import via the import template
Recommended when you need to enrich many articles at once or want to automate the flow. You fill in the import template and upload it under File upload in Finfo One, or place it directly on our SFTP.
Getting started with the template
Directly in the Media library
You can also work directly in the Media library in Finfo One. Here you upload individual resources, link resources to articles, replace existing material and see what is missing. Practical for ongoing maintenance and for those of you without system support for automated file flows.
