Links
There are many different types of links you can show your recipients. You can point to your own product page, show assembly videos, frequently asked questions and warranty terms, offer a calculation tool, or provide 3D or AR viewing where the customer turns the product around or places it in their own environment. Together, the link types cover the whole journey — from the moment the customer is considering the product, through installation, to maintenance further down the line.
The strength lies in being able to help the customer in whatever way the situation calls for. Someone standing in front of the product about to assemble it often finds it easier to watch than to read. An assembly video shows the steps in the right order, at the right pace, and can be paused and rewound.
You can also link to your own product page. That's where your most complete and up-to-date information lives, and the customer gets there directly from the article instead of having to search their way through your website.
