You can publish an article when you have created a new article or made changes to an existing article.
All articles that are not published remain in draft status until they are submitted for publishing.
If any field is incorrectly filled in or missing information, it is marked in red. All errors must be corrected before the article can be published. Error indicators are shown both at tab level and directly in the fields that need to be corrected.
Manual review
All new articles must undergo a manual review before they can be published. This review normally takes 1-3 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 10 business days depending on workload or scope.
