Information and description
The regulations can only handle discontinuation and replacement codes at the article level, not for secondary or tertiary Packages. To assign a discontinuation/replacement code to secondary or tertiary Packages, manual processing is required. Finfo is tasked with resolving such issues when they occur.
When any value in the fields below is changed, Finfo performs a manual verification and then establishes a dialogue with the supplier. As these situations can only be resolved through case-specific solutions, Finfo is authorized to make the final decision in each case.
