This field is an alternative to the Global Model Number and is used by companies that do not subscribe to a GS1 company prefix.

Supplier
Uses an internal model number, and the information is shared for relevant articles that are part of the model. Providing this information is optional and should be used only when a Global Model Number (GMN) is not applied. The recommendation is to use GMN when possible.
Finfo
Ensures that all articles with a model description or model variant also have a unique model number and that a Global Model Number is not specified.
