Explanation
REACH is the EU regulation on chemicals and stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals.
Article 31 of the REACH Regulation requires manufacturers and importers of chemical substances and mixtures to provide a safety data sheet (SDS) to their recipients.
